A special combination of exceptional scope, top-level sport performance and a rock-solid damline!

This embryo brings together an exceptional performance family with the proven genetics of Akarad Hero Z. Bonny is a daughter of 1.55m performer Conny and comes from the same outstanding family as Olympic and World Championship performer Contago and 1.65m jumper Quintini. Akarad Hero Z adds proven five-star performance and exceptional breeding power, with an impressive number of offspring from his first generations already competing at the highest levels. A highly promising embryo combining scope, top-level sport and promising performance genes.

The dam

Bonny

Bonny is by Bentley van de Heffinck and out of Conny, a Conthargos daughter who reached 1.55m level - rising the ranks with Kaya Ehning (GER), Kama Michelle Godek (USA) & Yann Candele (CAN). Conny is out of Cassandra (Cassini II), one of the strongest producers represented in this collection. Cassandra is the dam to top-level jumper Contago, who represented Mexico at the Paris Olympic Games and the 2026 World Championships in Aachen with Eugenio Garza Perez. Cassandra’s sister Contessa 128 is the dam of the legendary Greya, further underlining the exceptional strength of this damline. Bonny therefore represents yet another branch of this proven performance family within the Ashford Auctions collection. Other high-ranking offspring Cassandra are Quintini (1.65m – Pieter Clemens, Cian O’Connor, Max Wachman) and 1.45m jumpers Contario 8 and Casalita.

The sire

Akarad Hero Z

Akarad Hero Z combines 5* performances with exceptional breeding credentials and an increasingly impressive record as a sire. Together with Pieter Clemens, the son of Aganix du Seigneur competed successfully at 1.60m level, finishing fourth in the CSI5* Grand Prix of Brussels and contributing to Belgium’s second place in the Nations Cup of Rome. His pedigree unites two of the most influential names in modern showjumping breeding: Aganix du Seigneur and the exceptional China Touch Hero, dam of five approved stallions and several international performers, including Don’t Touch Tiji Hero, the sire of Dourkhan Hero Z. Despite having only 25 foals in his first two crops, 15 are already competing internationally, with 11 reaching at least 1.45m level. Among them are the 1.60m jumper Akarad Tivoli Z (Christian Kukuk - GER), Luka-Cara (Michael Greeve NED), Kinmar Scarlett Z (Janika Sprunger - SUI) and Lumiere BH (Mimi Gochman - USA), underlining the remarkable impact of Akarad Hero Z’s first generations.
